It is just betrayal of the Sikhs as promised by Gandhi in the beginning of the Nineteenth century, that they, their Sikh religion, their views will be accommodated in the new set up of India and that they should back the policies of the Indian National Congress and not back the Muslim League.Sikhs were independent nation before their King Maharajah Ranjit Singh's prodigy were taken to England.Region of the Kingdom was from Ladakh to Kabul.Nehru was in Shimla at the time of presentation of the Independence plan by the Mountbatten(As per the scheme of the great powers of that time to reduce extra baggage after the Second World War & Atlee PM of England sent his Vice Roy,Mountbatten).Nehru took the plan of division of India from the PA of the Viceroy and altered( divided area from Kabul to Ladakh on the basis of religion, reducing the area of the domination of the Sikhs) it without consulting any Congress leader.This area under Punjab was further reduced by the Congress party time & again on the basis of language and destroyed the culture and the nearness relation of the communities bounded by this area.This was to set in motion the process of setting one group of people against the other.This policy wasa gainst the policy of Akhand Bharat where Sikhs were to be given the position as per their status at the time of Ranjit Singh.Sikhs were further refused recognition in the Constitution as separate kaum(nation), and even denied the birthright of getting the marriages being registered in the Anand Marriage Act which was was being practiced very much before partition in the Nabha State and even now practised in Pakistan( An Islamic Republic).All the Institutions of free India being in the hands of Nehru...he placed persons inimical to the Sikh Religion in the Education/HRD Ministries, and the various boards, institutes, UGC, NBT, Universities departments of History and Social Sciences, ICHR, ICSSR, Indian History Congress, removed Balbir Singh & Sardar Patel after bringing the states together & loosing the Half Kashmir to Pakistan.His short sightedness brought India to its greatest humiliation ever of loosing 1.25 lakh Sq.Km. of Area to China.All these policies of him has blanketed the real history of India from the Reference books/Prescribed books/Government aided books & capsules buried for the future generation of India.This all created differences in the various religious groups.It is just like the history of the wining Congress party alone & none else.

चार जून की आधीरात को दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में दिल्ली पुलिस ने जो रावणलीला की थी उस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट सख्त हो गया है. सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस से पूछा कि बिना एफआईआर दर्ज किये उसने रामलीला मैदान पर रामदेव के खिलाफ कार्रवाई क्यों की और दिल्ली पुलिस को आदेश दिया वह आधी रात की गयी कार्रवाई का फुटेज सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने प्रस्तुत करे.
सोमवार को रामदेव की तरफ से वरिष्ठ वकील राम जेठमलानी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पेश हुए तो दिल्ली पुलिस का पक्ष रखने के लिए हरीश साल्वे ने कमान संभाली. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दो जजो की बेंच के सामने राम जेठमलानी ने कहा कि आधी रात को बाबा रामदेव के भक्तों के खिलाफ दिल्ली पुलिस की कार्रवाई के पीछे गृहमंत्री पी चिदम्बरम का हाथ है. राम जेठमलानी ने कोर्ट से आग्रह किया कि केन्द्रीय गृहमंत्री को सफाई देने के लिए खुद उन्हें नोटिस जारी करके उनसे जवाब पूछा जाना चाहिए.
राम जेठमलानी ही वह व्यक्ति हैं जिन्होंने काले धन के खिलाफ सबसे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका दाखिल करके विदेशों में जमा कालेधन को भारत वापस लाने की पहल शुरू की थी. राम जेठमलानी की याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान ही भाजपा ने कालेधन पर जांच पड़ताल के लिए एक समिति का गठन किया जिसने अपनी रिपोर्ट में सोनिया गांधी का विदेशों में धन जमा होने का संकेत दिया था. आगे चलकर जब बाबा रामदेव ने काले धन को मुद्दा बनाया तो राम जेठमलानी ने उन्हें अपना समर्थन दिया था. अब राम जेठमलानी बाबा रामदेव की ओर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपीयर हो रहे हैं.
चार जून को बाबा रामदेव और उनके योगभक्तों पर की गयी कार्रवाई पर खुद संज्ञान लेते हुए छह जून को दिल्ली पुलिस को नोटिस जारी करके पूछा था कि ऐसा क्या हो गया था कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने आधी रात को इस तरह कार्रवाई करनी पड़ी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट की नोटिस के बाद दिल्ली पुलिस ने अपना जवाब दाखिल करते हुए कहा था कि योगा गुरू ने 5000 लोगों को योग के लिेए रामलीला मैदान बुक करवाया था लेकिन वहां करीब 65 हजार लोग जमा थे जिससे दिल्ली की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को संकट पैदा हो सकता था. हालांकि दिल्ली पुलिस की इस दलील पर राम जेठमलानी ने कहा कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने आंसू गैस के गोलों और पानी की बौछारों का प्रयोग आधी रात को क्यों किया. राम जेठमलानी ने कहा कि इससे वहां मौजूद हजारों लोगों को जान का खतरा हो सकता था.
